The bar, in numbers.
Every level, record, proof and certificate in ARK sits on a stated bar. This page is that bar, read straight from the configuration the product runs on, so nothing here is a description of intent. If a chip shows on a record, this is what it took.
What each level requires.
Points come from work on record: 1 for a daily card, 2 for a logged rep, 4 for a rebuilt workflow. A calibrated baseline can start someone higher, and activity takes over as soon as it passes the baseline.
- L1 AWARE
- Where everyone starts. No points required.
- L2 USING
- 3 points on record.
- L3 FLUENT
- 10 points on record.
- L4 REBUILDING
- 20 points on record.
- L5 LEADING
- 35 points on record.
- L6 NATIVE
- 60 points on record.
What a verified proof requires.
A proof is a rebuilt workflow with real numbers, confirmed by someone else.
- BEFORE AND AFTER
- Minutes for the old way and the new way, plus how often the task runs. Self reported, and labelled as such until confirmed.
- PEER CONFIRMATION
- A teammate who is not the author confirms it. Self confirmation is rejected.
- LOCKED
- Once confirmed the figures cannot be edited. A corrected proof is a new row.
- TOTALS
- Reclaimed hours shown anywhere in ARK count confirmed proofs only. Measured, not modelled.
What each record means.
Records name one holder and one real number. There is no ranked list, no position, and no bottom.
- FIRST VERIFIED REBUILD
- The earliest real workflow someone in the group rebuilt and said they shipped. The date decides it, forever.
- FASTEST VERIFIED REBUILD
- The largest drop in real minutes between two timed runs of the same task. Both runs are stored, neither is estimated.
- LONGEST HELD STREAK
- The longest run of practised days anyone has held, historically. Not today's number.
- MOST REPS IN A SEASON
- The highest count of logged reps inside one 13 week season.
- FIRST TO VERIFY A TEAMMATE
- The first person to confirm a teammate's rebuilt workflow. Confirming your own work does not count.
What a certificate takes.
A season runs 13 weeks, 91 days, and ends in a conferral.
- THE BAR
- Level 3 on record, or a calibrated baseline plus 10 logged reps.
- THE NUMBERS
- The certificate carries the season's real counts: reps, concepts held, confirmed proofs, reclaimed hours.
- WITNESSES
- Up to three people the holder invites. Names and roles only, and only if they tap witness. Zero witnesses is valid.
- THE CLASS
- Everyone certified in the same season shares a class. Membership on a public page is opt in.
- VERIFICATION
- Every certificate has a public code. Anyone can check it without an account.
What RARE means.
A RARE move arrives on a fixed schedule, every 6 to 9 completed reps, set per person and never random.
- ONE LEVEL UP
- The move is drawn from the tier one full level above where the person stands.
- NO SCARCITY
- No countdown, no expiry, no today only. The chip says RARE because of the schedule, nothing else.
- AFTER THE WORK
- It appears once the rep is done. Never before.
What a door means.
A door is an adjacent occupation whose task profile the person's verified record already covers past 40 percent. At most 5 are shown.
- COVERAGE
- Computed from the occupation's task families and the concepts the person verified. No model opinion.
- NOT A JOB OFFER
- A door is overlap on record. It is not a placement, a promise, or a prediction.
- MARKET BANDS
- Wage bands are cited public statistics, shown as ranges, labelled modelled. Without a stored source row, no figure is shown.
What the mind skills are.
Five meta skills attributed from existing evidence, never trained separately and never scored by a model. A skill stays blank below 3 pieces of evidence.
- DISCIPLINE
- Practised days against expected days over the trailing six weeks.
- CRITICAL THINKING
- Reps decomposed, plus concepts marked shaky rather than passed over.
- RIGOR
- Verifications performed, plus reps that checked a source.
- COMMUNICATION
- Drafts edited and shipped, plus moves kept.
- TRANSFER
- Verified work across two or more task families.
- THE CUTS
- Forming at 3, held at 8, strong at 20 pieces of evidence.
Every certificate carries a code.
Paste the code on the verification page. You get the holder's name, the season, the real counts behind it, and the witnesses who stood for it. No account needed.
