Terms of Service.
1. Who we are.
ARK is operated by SHIFT ("we", "us"). Registered in Riga, Latvia. Contact: hello@shift.studio.
2. The service.
ARK is a subscription software product for daily AI capability practice, team memory and org-level analysis. Some features depend on third-party AI models and are provided on a best-effort basis.
3. Accounts.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share credentials. Guest mode stores data only in your browser.
4. Subscription and billing.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown ex-VAT; applicable VAT is collected at checkout by our billing processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use.
No unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or infringing use. No attempts to breach security, extract other users' data, or train external models on other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content.
You own everything you put in. Records, reps, notes, uploads. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you. We do not train external models on your data.
7. AI output.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Verify before acting. AI outputs are always labelled in-product.
8. IP.
The software, brand and content are our IP. Your workspace content stays yours.
9. Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
11. Changes.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-product with at least 14 days' notice.
