Practise on the work
Each rep asks for a real move and keeps assumptions visible. A micro rep can support the work, but never counts as the rep.

Your evidence belongs to you. When you choose, a shareable ARK Passport can carry selected evidence, experience, credentials, pursuits and capability records with their stated status. It is not automatic credential verification.
